A provincial by-election has been called for the Tuxedo constituency in Winnipeg.

The seat was previously held by former Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson, who retired from politics earlier this month.

Incumbent Prime Minister Wab Kinew announced on Monday that new elections would be held on Tuesday, June 18.
