Anco Lumber on Logan Avenue catches fire again – Winnipeg Free Press

Winnipeg Fire Paramedics responded to a fire at Anco Lumber early Saturday morning.

At around 11:30 a.m., smoke came out of the building. Firefighters used aerial ladders as they directed water at the flames and smoke.

The business, located at 960 Logan Ave., was the scene of a major fire in August 2023. According to estimates, 50 firefighters were mobilized to extinguish the fire at the scene.

Anco Lumber and the City of Winnipeg could not be reached for comment Saturday.
