Man dies after being hit on Memorial Drive

A man was killed in a hit-and-run in southeast Calgary early Saturday morning, police said.

CityNews was told the incident happened around 12:20 a.m. at Memorial Drive and 47th Street.

At the scene, they found the dead body of an adult man.

No arrests have been made, and the vehicles involved in the collision have not been identified.

Officers reopened Memorial Drive between 44th and 52nd streets after checking the area.
