Mark Giordano's Calgary home is off the market

He may have left Calgary to join the Seattle Kraken last year, but former Flames captain Mark Giordano has sold his house.

A 5,000-square-foot home in the Altadore community was listed for sale last month for $2.25 million.

Giordano, who now plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs, purchased the home in 2016 after signing a six-year, $40.5 million contract with the Flames.

When listing it, RE/MAX Realtor Pedro Villamar described the four-bedroom home as a “Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired” property.

According to Villamar, the home at 1948 49th Ave. was officially sold over the weekend. Mark Giordano's home is for sale in the Altador community in southwest Calgary.
