Calgary RCMP connection to murder case

Calgary police are expected to reveal details of the city's close relationship with the Alberta RCMP in a major serial killer investigation.

Mounties say the case involves four women who were killed in the 1970s and had ties to a serial sex offender.

According to the police, the criminal has since died.

Details of this “sensitive and disturbing” investigation are expected to be released in Edmonton on Friday morning.
