The Calgary Fire Department says significant smoke is coming from the basement where employees enter the building.

No injuries were reported.

Several streets were closed and motorists were advised to avoid the area overnight.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but police say no arrests have been made and investigators do not believe the incident was criminal in nature.
