QuadReal completes IMMIX rental project in Toronto

TORONTO – QuadReal Property Group (QuadReal) has announced the completion of its IMMIX residential project in Toronto, where tenants are now moving in.

The custom-built rental residence is located on the site of historic Fire Hall #3 at Yonge and College, with its restored Clock Tower, a 150-year community feature.

IMMIX offers 450 houses for rent along with commercial and office space.

The project is dedicated to honoring the LGBTQ+ community and offers a wide-ranging arts program. The exhibition included public art outside the building and works presented in the lobby and amenity spaces organized by Tartar Art Projects Toronto.

Amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, cycling studio, pet wash station, coworking and meeting room, outdoor pool and lounge.

QuadReal's Canadian residential portfolio consists of more than 36,000 apartment and land rental properties, with more than 5,000 rental properties in the GTA. The firm and its partners are currently building more than 1,800 purpose-built rental and 3,600 condominium properties in the GTA.

Other QuadReal developments in the GTA include Cloverdale Mall, Assembly Park and Bayview Village.
