Neil Young has announced a North American tour

Canadian folk legend Neil Young is touring North America this spring, and the only 16-show dates north of the border will be in Toronto.

The Love Earth Tour will feature music from Young and his band Crazy Horse to complement the April 20th release of their upcoming collaborative album, “FU##IN' UP.”

The tour kicks off with a special two-night show in San Diego on April 24th, arriving in Toronto on May 20th at the Budweiser Stage.

Young avoided live broadcasts in the years following the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to slow the spread of the virus.

He performed live at Willie Nelson's 90th birthday earlier last year for the first time since 2019, and played several shows on his Costal Tour that summer.

A pre-sale for the Land of Love tour began at 1pm on Tuesday, ahead of the general sale starting at 10am on February 16.

Mobile-only ticket transfers are restricted to prevent resale, meaning scalpers cannot resell them to fans at a higher price.

“The artist wants to give fans the best opportunity to purchase tickets at face value,” the tour announcement reads.

Fans who purchased tickets and are unable to attend the Toronto concert can resell their ticket to other fans through Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange.
