Cathy Le | CTV News

Kathy Le is a multi-talented reporter for CTV National News based in Calgary.

He is an award-winning journalist who won Enterprise Journalism's prestigious RTDNA Award for his documentary 'Covid-19: The Spread of Racism'. This production aired nationally on CTV W5, Canada's most-watched current affairs and documentary program. Kathy was also honored with the Spirit of NAIT Alumni Award for Career Achievement. He has been nominated eight times for an RTDNA Award for projects, including four documentaries and investigative stories, and a Canadian Journalism Foundation Jackman National Award for Excellence in Journalism.

His mission as a journalist is to produce stories that change the world.

When Katie is not working, she attends and speaks at charity and special events. He has appeared on stage at over 100 events and is in high demand by non-profit organizations and other groups.

In her spare time, Katie volunteers at the Rotary Club's Heritage Park. In addition to helping local organizations, he has had the privilege of traveling with the Rotary Club to remote parts of the world where the club has projects to help communities in need.

Cathy speaks English and Vietnamese, and is learning French and Spanish.
