Tickets for Brewery & The Beast in Calgary are on sale

Food festival season is upon us and tickets are officially on sale for one of Calgary's biggest culinary events.

Brewery and Monster is one of the hottest tickets in town, bringing together more than 50 of Alberta's best chefs, distillers, brewers and meat producers for one big celebration of local meats and drinks.

The annual event takes place at Fort Calgary on August 25, where guests can enjoy the fine creations of the province's best restaurants, including Barbarella Bar, Calcutta Cricket Club, Corilla, Major Tom, Moose and Poncho. , Orchard Restaurant, River Cafe and more.

Guests can wash down their feast with a variety of beverages, including beers and ciders, hard seltzers, cocktails, wine and plenty of non-zero options.

The event has an all-you-can-eat format, where attendees are given a wooden board with a cup holder for drinks and have free reign to try as many as they want.

Brewery & The Beast will also make several changes to the layout for 2024, offering shaded tents and seating to enhance the experience, as well as food stations and a wider selection of craft beverages.

Tickets start at $139 per person for general admission, run from 2 to 5 p.m., and include all-you-can-eat appetizers, soft drinks and eight alcoholic beverages. VIP tickets start at $239, which allows guests early entry at 1pm and complimentary alcoholic beverages.
