Monica Davis, whose business is listed on social media as The Veneer Experts, is now under investigation for allegedly defrauding “several patients.”

Davis was charged with practicing without a license in Las Vegas, but according to the new allegations, he continued to see patients in Illinois — with serious consequences.

Davis called her dental practice “taking life one smile at a time” on TikTok.

Patient Monica Bailey, who visited Davis with her 15-year-old daughter, claimed she was fitted with fake braces.

Bailey performed the procedure less than two weeks after Davis was released from custody in Nevada.

“It's painful. It is,” he told WBBM. “I just hope we can get a positive result.”

Bailey Davis stated that he “brushed my teeth, put on the adhesive, and started putting the brackets on the braces, and I thought what he was doing was how to do it.”

But when she tried to make a follow-up appointment with a so-called dentist, one number was disconnected and no one answered the other.

“It's crazy to me that he can do that in Las Vegas and guarantee, you come here and do the same thing,” Bailey said. “You don't seem to have any fear.”

Ralph Jones, another patient, claims the $2,000 veneers Davis gave him “fell off” and he doesn't know what he actually “put in his mouth.”

Jones explained, “They just started to fall apart and fall apart, and over the years it started to make me look really bad.”

Davis is scheduled to appear in court in Las Vegas in May.

There's no word on whether he'll appear before an Illinois judge, but WBBM reported it could be “soon.”
