Wrong priorities

I find it interesting that Councilman Penner wants to extend the right to vote to permanent residents of this country. Maybe it's not a bad idea, but considering the city council's opposition to calling a plebiscite on rezoning, I find the idea ridiculous. Why give with one hand and take with the other? Fix the potholes before changing the voting system.

Act first, think later

Trudeau and his government needed to fix or redo virtually everything, or we would only see the consequences.

Changing this general area is a Trudeau/Liberal idea. It's no different than anything else liberals have done. It's always the first thing to do (usually seemingly without thinking) and deal with the problem later or live with it.

(Zoning is obviously a city issue, but Trudeau probably loves it.)

Desperate actions

The Trudeau Liberals are desperate because their popularity has hit rock bottom. I believe Trudeau will start this housing project.

He would not mention any upcoming tax hikes to fund the plan. But some of his unelected subordinates are spilling the beans about the tax implications as they look to keep their jobs after Trudeau takes office.

I think the suggestion is to trust Trudeau, not put him in a political deadlock.

(Regardless of why Trudeau is offering money for affordable housing, we need housing.)

Perfect Trudeau

When Trudeau puts himself in trouble, he makes others pay the price! We saw AG Jody Wilson throw Raybold under the bus to save himself in the SNC Lavalin corruption scandal. Now, when asked what he knew about China's intent to interfere in the 2019 federal election, and when he knew it, CSIS has fallen victim. Imagine Trudeau questioning the CSIS intelligence he received about China's intentions in this Hogue investigation. And then to make matters worse, he said that he doesn't always read his briefing notes! We are witnessing the most arrogant, selfish, divisive, narcissistic leader since Pierre Trudeau, who will never admit fault for anything!
