Terms and conditions

• Prize includes two (2) return Eco Standard flights from Dublin Airport to Toronto with Air Transat, inclusive of taxes and surcharges.
• Entrants must reside in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland and be over 18 years of age.
• Flights must be booked by July 31, 2024 and travel must be completed by October 31, 2024, without further extension.
• Tickets are subject to booking class availability at the time of booking. Air Transat reserves the right to limit the number of seats available.
• Travel restrictions may apply during peak season. Blackout dates apply: July 22, 2024 – September 5, 2024.
• Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to travel.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.

• The prize winner is responsible for obtaining the appropriate travel documents (eg passports, visas, etc.).
• Air Transat will not be responsible for any additional costs related to insurance, ground transportation or the flight.
• Air Transat is not responsible if the winner is denied entry to any country for any reason.
• Requested flights are subject to availability and may be changed or canceled without prior notice for administrative reasons by the airline.
• Stopping is not allowed; tickets are non-refundable or non-refundable.
• Tickets are awarded in the name of the winner and their one (1) nominated travel companion only.
• Tickets must be booked together for travel at the same time and on the same flights, dates and times. Excludes other services/products.
• Air Transat shall not be liable for any costs related to delay, cancellation or interruption of service or denial of boarding compensation.
• Any tax liability incurred in connection with these tickets is the passenger's responsibility.
• The competition is not open to Daa employees, travel trade members or other airlines.
• Finalists will be selected at random from eligible contest entries.
• The winner consents to the use of his name and likeness in any promotional material.
