'Bachelor' host Jesse Palmer flaunts his French when Joey Graziadei's suitors arrive in Montreal (Exclusive)

Former NFL player and Canadian native Joey's remaining wives in Quebec are treated to an exclusive look at Monday's episode of “The Bachelor,” by PEOPLE.

in an exclusive clip on Monday's episode of PEOPLE bachelor, host Jesse Palmer welcomes the rest of Joey Graziadei's contestants to their next destination.

“As some of you know, I'm Canadian,” the 45-year-old former NFL linebacker tells the women in the preview. “I am proud to call Montreal my second home. You probably know that French is the official language in the beautiful province of Quebec where you live right now.

From there, Jess breaks down her French and asks Jess and Jenn questions that don't seem to understand what she's talking about.

“When I was studying abroad, I learned to say, 'I'm not wearing any underwear,' but I don't know anymore,” Jenn, 25, tells the cameras.

Although the group could not speak French fluently, some of the ladies had other plans for how to spend their time in Canada.

“I'm excited to drink a gallon of maple syrup,” Lee, the first rose recipient, says in an on-camera interview. “I heard the bacon here is different. I want to ride a moose.'

The last series Bachelor Joy's journey to find love in Andalucia, Spain. She is Kelsey A. and went on two one-on-one meetings with Rachel as well as a group meeting where the ladies created paintings based on the message they wanted to share with Joey.

Jess, 24, won a painting competition and found extra time with Joey, who they spent painting each other.

The Philadelphia native chatted with Kelsey A. one-on-one to explore the city and learn to flamenco with Rachel. “I hope the slow burn with Rachel continues and it becomes a full flame at the end of this where we're really in love,” Joey said after the meeting.

At a cocktail party in Spain, Jess is angry with Maria for interrupting Katelyn's time with Joey. “That's disrespectful,” Jess said.

Jess had to deal with Maria for another week as Joey presented them both with roses at the rose ceremony. However, Madina and Kuz were sent home.
