A day in the life of Oliver Coffee Bar owner and barista James Thompson is full of conversations with locals. This east side cafe is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, says a local customer. Thompson also enjoys regular visits from the neighborhood dogs throughout the day.

The cafe is located at Fulton and Mortimer Avenue, five minutes from the Centennial College Story Arts Center.
