Police are investigating after a man was shot inside a car in North York Wednesday night.

According to Toronto police Det. The victim, David Zajac, 23, was shot inside a car on Sheppard Avenue east of Senlac Road. After being shot, he drove the car to the area of ​​Johnston Avenue and Botham Road, where he was staying, just after 9 p.m.

“The victim received serious, but not life-threatening injuries,” said emergency workers. Police said he was shot in the arm.
