One person is dead after a collision in Clarington

One person was killed in a crash in Clarington Saturday afternoon.

Emergency crews responded to a one-vehicle crash on Regional Road 20 between Mosport and Wilmont roads at 2:15 p.m.

According to police, the sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.

The cause of the accident is unknown.
