Your dream show home is open for viewing – Winnipeg Free Press

Last month, more than 30,000 Manitobans visited the 130 show homes on display during the Manitoba Home Builders Association's 2024 Spring Parade of Homes. This unique expo allows Manitobans to view a wide range of new show homes for new home buyers anywhere in Canada. This year we were proud to showcase 30 different builders and highlight 26 of Manitoba's newest neighborhoods.

While the MHBA Parade of Homes gets a lot of attention when it's in full swing, it's important to remember that show homes are open year-round. The spring and summer months provide a great opportunity for new home buyers to visit show homes between the spring and fall parades. At this time of year, traffic is a bit lighter at show homes and parking is easier. A visit during the late spring and summer months will allow you to see many of the house's features in full operation. Just because our spring parade is over, that doesn't mean your chance to visit your favorite show home is over either.
