The property also has a fully fenced yard with a patio and rear garage.

Although it's small, 42 Foxley is “sophisticated and sophisticated,” the listing says.

The Trinity-Bellwoods home isn't the first to hit the Toronto market. In 2022, a house less than 10 feet wide at 138 Clarence St., Little Portugal, was listed for nearly $2 million.

HOUSE PRICES TO FALL IN 2023: CREA

The Canadian Real Estate Association expects home sales to fall by less than one per cent and prices to fall by almost six per cent from 2022.

The association's forecast is for 495,858 homes to move in 2023, and based on sales “more or less” stabilizing since the summer, “adjustments to lower sales activity from rising interest rates and heightened uncertainty may be in the rearview mirror. “

The same factors affect the median home price, which CREA projects will reach $662,103 in 2023.

The national median home price in December 2022 was $626,318, down 12 percent from the last month of 2021.

CREA Ontario and B.C.'s December estimates showed markets cooled off their highs due to higher borrowing costs.
