A Calgary boy will be featured in New York's Times Square Campaign for Down Syndrome

Four-year-old Calgary's Colby Swanson flashes a smile over the crowd in Times Square in New York City as part of the National Down Syndrome Society's awareness campaign recently.

Her photo will be part of a one-hour presentation highlighting the value people with Down syndrome bring and promoting acceptance and inclusion.

Colby was selected from 2,400 applicants from across North America.

The presentation will air on September 9 between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. ET and will also be streamed live on the National Down Syndrome Society's Facebook page.
