Quebec provincial police are searching for a teenager who was last seen missing in March

The Quebec Provincial Police (SQ) is asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenager who may be in the Montreal area.

17-year-old Carl Boisvert is from Saint-Charles-Borromy, 75 kilometers northeast of Montreal, and was last seen on March 27 at 9 a.m. walking down Flavi-Poirier Street in his hometown.


Police believe he may be in the Joliet or Montreal area.

“People close to him have reason to fear for his health and safety,” the SQ said in a statement.

He is 6'2″, weighs approximately 242 pounds, has black hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a black, padded coat and black jogging pants.

Anyone who sees Boisvert is asked to call 911 or SQ's crime tip line at 1-800-659-426.
