On Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 2:30 p.m., the Archbishop of Toronto, the Most Reverend Francis Leo, will celebrate Mass in the Cathedral Basilica of St. Michael with the archdiocese's newest Catholics.

The 2024 neophyte mass is open to all, especially neophytes and those in full communion with the Catholic Church, with their RCIA teams and anyone who travels with them. Due to space limitations, those who wish to attend are asked to register online to guarantee a reserved seat for newly initiated Catholics and their guests. Neophyte a Greek word meaning “newly planted.” The early Christian community adopted this word and applied it to the novices at Easter.
