Winnipeg police: Arrest made in shooting

A 32-year-old Winnipeg man has been charged in connection with a shooting Tuesday in Winnipeg's Spence neighborhood.

Jordan Tyler Trachilis has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Edison Leslie Erskine. A 46-year-old man was found dead near Furby Street and Cumberland Avenue with a gunshot wound.

Trahilis was arrested on Tuesday. The charge was not proven in court.

Police believe Trahilis and Erskine got into an argument before the shooting. Police are still investigating the details of their relationship.
