Don't miss the official tasting day at the Time Out Market Montreal beer bar (one of 6 bars at the market) on Wednesday, April 10, from 5 to 8 p.m. You can meet a brand ambassador during happy hour and benefit from their expertise while sipping the latest creation from 4 Origines.

West By Sud-Ouest | IPA West Coast

With classic American hops, this West Coast IPA showcases the style's bitter and typical citrus flavors.

Czech Lager | The original series

Inspired by traditional Bohemian beers, it shines with aromas of fresh grass and lemon, with a well-melted body and dry, slightly bitter and crisp.

Easy going | Goose

Our exclusive version of Gose Down Easy, this time with peach, passion fruit and tangerine for tropical flavors with a pleasant acidity and a hint of saltiness to refresh you even more!

Free beer and one of the best burgers in town? The king of hamburgers, Chez Simon Cantine Urbain, has arrived in the market and its juicy dishes. Don't miss Chez Simon's classic dish, a perfectly shredded 100g hamburger steak, capicollo, American cheddar, slightly crunchy pickles, caramelized onions, Simon's signature sauce wrapped in Martin's soft potato buns.
