Three shootings in downtown Toronto leave one dead

Toronto police are investigating a triple shooting in the city's Fashion District.

It happened just after 2:30 a.m. Thursday near a business near West Queen Street and Portland Street.

Police said three people were shot and one died in hospital.

The other two received non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect fled in a dark car.
