Three people were taken to hospital, one in critical condition, after a shooting in downtown Toronto's fashion district overnight.

Toronto Paramedics said they responded to a call around 2:41 a.m. in the area of ​​Queen Street West and Portland Street.

Toronto police confirmed there was a shooting in the area.

Paramedics say two adults are in critical condition and a third is in critical condition.
