Charges laid in Calgary murder

Calgary police are facing charges in connection with the death of a man in the city's southeast earlier this week.

Investigators say 29-year-old Ryan Kinoshita has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of his landlord, 46-year-old Joel Aaron Clark.

Police believe the fatal attack stemmed from a fight between the victim and the accused, who were living together in a house on Prestwick Terrace SE at the time of the incident.

Kinoshita will appear in court on Thursday.
