The man attacked the same victim three times

Toronto police are searching for a man wanted in connection with three attacks on the same victim.

According to investigators, on December 18 and 23, 2023 and on April 8, 2024, the man assaulted the victim in their home. The suspect then fled the scene before police arrived.

The victim received non-life-threatening injuries.

Lerondo Cortel Smith, 37, of no fixed address, is wanted on multiple charges including assault with a weapon, assault by strangulation and menacing.

He is described as five feet eleven inches, 161 pounds, with black curly hair and black eyes.
