One person shot in northeast Calgary: police

Calgary police are investigating a shooting in the Highwood community Tuesday night.

“Last night around 11 p.m., we responded to a call of multiple shots fired,” the officer told CityNews.

Investigators say a man with a gunshot wound was found on the street in the northwest community.

They were taken to hospital in stable but serious condition.

Police believe the shooting was targeted.

The suspects are not in custody, but the investigation is ongoing.
