On Monday, police spotted the suspect in Collingwood and conducted a traffic stop.

Police seized about three ounces of cocaine, about $7,000 in Canadian currency and “other proceeds of crime, including expensive jewelry.”

With the assistance of the Greater Sudbury Police Service, a search warrant was executed in Hanmer and evidence related to the Collingwood investigation was obtained.

The total value of the seized items is over $40,000.

Devon Nolan, 35, of Toronto, was charged with possession for the purpose of sale of a Schedule 1 substance (cocaine) and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000. He has a court date in Collingwood on March 5.
