Wanted man Fabian Yule Brown arrested in Winnipeg

SURREY On Tuesday, RCMP announced the arrest of wanted Fabian Yule Brown in Winnipeg.

On February 17, 2023, an arrest warrant was issued for 49-year-old Fabian Yule Brown. A significant effort was made to locate Brown and the warrant was extended across Canada after investigators learned he may be living in Winnipeg.

He was wanted on serious charges including kidnapping, assault, unlawful imprisonment, intimidation, breaking and entering, fraud and possession of stolen property.

On February 7, 2024, Brown was located and arrested by the Winnipeg Police Service at the request of the Surrey RCMP. He is currently in custody in Winnipeg and will be brought to BC to face charges.
