Toronto Pearson, Halifax flights canceled due to storm in Northeast US, Maritimes

A powerful winter storm in the northeastern United States is forcing some airlines to cancel inbound and outbound flights. Canada.

Toronto Pearson The airport (YYZ) posted a warning on social media platform X on Tuesday (Feb 13) that the snowstorm may affect flights and return. New York, New Jersey and Boston.

Halifax Stanfield Airport (YHZ) took to social media on Monday (Feb 12) to advise passengers flying on Tuesday or Wednesday to check their flight status, writing: “Here we go again … more snow for Nova Scotia.”

Winter storm Lorraine

JetBlue accounted for the most cancellations with 156 canceled flights (or 19 percent of its schedule).
