Elderly health and long-term care attorney Eddie Calisto-Tavares said Gary Davlut's family was not given better options when he was sick in the emergency room at Grace Hospital on Nov. 18. They sent him back to his home. After a 20-hour emergency wait, the next day, they said it would be 118 hours before the clinic opened. He was returned to Grace on November 20, where he died.
