Edmonton

Want to stay in Edmonton? If you're looking for something fully loaded, get ready.

According to the report, the average monthly price of a furnished one-bedroom is up +6.47%, while unfurnished units are up just +0.13%, but you might want to consider the West Side.

“Unfurnished one- and two-bedroom rental prices were the lowest in West Edmonton this month,” they explain.

“Southwest Edmonton had the highest rates of all types of unfurnished units, as well as furnished three-bedroom units.”
