Canadian planes Toronto-Halifax, Halifax-Orlando will be launched on June 1.

Canada Jetlines has announced the launch of its second Canadian route from Toronto to Halifax. The flight continues from YHZ to MCO, offering Haligonians the option of nonstop travel to Florida.

The new routes, which began operating on JUNE 1, are “designed to meet demand for travel to the East Coast during the summer months.”

Jetlines has introduced one-way fares starting at $89 CAD from Toronto to Halifax and $199 CAD from Halifax to Orlando to mark the new destinations.

“We are excited to welcome Canada Jelines to Halifax Stanfield with new connections to Toronto and Orlando, Canada,” said Marie Manning, Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Halifax International Airport. “The expansion of service to both markets will allow for increased visitation to the province and will provide more choice for our passengers looking to travel this summer.”

The new route schedule is as follows:

  • Toronto (YYZ) to Halifax (YHZ) – twice weekly from JUNE 01 – OCTOBER 23
  • Halifax (YHZ) to Toronto (YYZ) – twice weekly from JUN 03 – OCTOBER 24
  • Halifax (YHZ) to Orlando (MCO) – twice weekly from JUN 02 – OCTOBER 23
  • Orlando (MCO) to Halifax (YHZ) – 2x weekly from JUN 03 – OCTOBER 24
