There was a shooting in North Montreal, no injuries

Montreal police responded to a drive-by shooting call Monday afternoon.

Several gunshots were fired at Prie at an intersection near Parc Georges Avenue in North Montreal around 1:15 p.m.

According to initial information, there was a shootout between passengers of two cars.

No casualties or injuries were reported.

Around 3:10 p.m., police found a bullet-riddled car at boulevard Industriel and Pie-IX and believe it may be related to the incident, Véronique Dubuc, spokeswoman or SPVM.
