A man who was stabbed in downtown Toronto has died a month later

The victim of an alleged stabbing in downtown Toronto last month has died in hospital, police said.

According to a news release from the Toronto Police Service, the incident happened on Jan. 11 in the area of ​​Lake Shore Boulevard and Lower Spadina Avenue just after 8 p.m.

According to the investigators, two people got into an argument, the body was broken, and the man was stabbed.

According to the police, the man was taken to the hospital, where he spent almost a month and died of his injuries on February 9.

He has been identified as Matthew Crosby, 46, of Toronto.

The investigation into Crosby's death is ongoing and police asked anyone with information to contact them anonymously at 416-808-7400, Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
