A house in the village of Montreal caught fire

A residential fire on Ontario Street at the St. Andre intersection in Montreal Monday afternoon.

The fire department issued a third alarm around 1:39 p.m., asking people to stay away from the area. Power outages may also occur while they are operating.

About 50 firefighters arrived at the scene in the village of Montreal.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

There are no casualties.

By 2:30 p.m., the flames appeared to have died down.
