Francois Legault's approval rating in Montreal is at an all-time low

A new Léger study found that Quebec Premier Francois Legault's approval rating in Montreal is now 32%, down 1 point from the last measure in December and down 13 points since September.

Legault in Quebec City has an approval rating of 26% (+1) and 35% on ROQ (+3). Overall, 33% of Quebecers say they are satisfied with Legault's government.

The study also found that the Parti Québécois now has 32% support in terms of voting intentions, with Francois Legault and the CAQ in second place.

The Léger/Québecor web survey was conducted between February 2 and 5, 2023, with 1,032 Quebecers aged 18 or older, randomly selected from the LEO online panel.
