Why is Toronto FC so secretive about the trialists it invites to its preseason camp? TFC fans are restless, and the fact that the team hasn't shared any updates only adds to the resentment against them. Even if they do share a little bit of information, I think it will give the fanbase some hope.

John Herdman spoke to reporters less than 24 hours before TFC's exhibition match against the Columbus Crew in California on Saturday, and he said there are some players on trial with the club.
