Three people were taken to hospital after a fire in Scarborough on Saturday night.

Emergency crews were called to the area of ​​Morningside Avenue and McLevin Avenue, north of Sheppard Avenue East, just after 7 p.m. for a two-vehicle crash.

According to the police, as a result, one of the cars caught fire.

One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The cause of the collision is unknown.
