One dead after fight at Toronto apartment building: Police

Toronto police say one person is dead after an early-morning fight at an apartment building on Saturday.

Officers said they were called to reports of a fight at a building on the city's north side around 6 a.m

They did not provide details about the incident that led to the call.

According to police, one victim was found with serious injuries and eventually died.

Officers have not released any information about the identity of the victim or possible suspects.

They say the homicide unit is investigating.
