A $25 bet won him a staggering $597,354.90, while a second winning ticket from a $50 bet netted him $152,693.50.

“I was watching the games and I was a little nervous,” Zeray said as he collected his winnings at the OLG Prize Center in Toronto.

“When my chosen teams won, I was as happy as the players.”

The 34-year-old retail worker recalled being shaken and emotional when she learned of her win.

“My wife was the first person to share the news,” he said, not believing it at first.

“I asked him to guess how much I won, and he came up with $10,000, then $50,000,” she laughed.

“I told him I won over $500,000. I am very happy!”

Zeray hasn't decided how he'll spend the windfall, but said he'll definitely go for “something very special.”

He continued, “Whatever my wife and I decide, it's going to be something that takes us forward.”

Zeray added: “This victory is a great happiness. I am very grateful.”
