Ottawa Now – Montreal parents are outraged after children's paintings were put up for sale without consent

An investigation is underway at a Montreal-area high school, not for an unexpected lockdown. Many parents report that one of their art teachers took pictures of their students without their consent. Not only that, these drawings appear on several websites on a sales basis, without the student's consent and knowledge. By law, unless the student signs over their rights to the tutor, they own the rights to these artworks.
