Mother charged in death of baby in Winnipeg home

A Winnipeg mother has been charged after her two-month-old baby died.

On December 4, 2023, police were called to a home in the 600 block of Atlantic Avenue for a report of an unresponsive infant. The child was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy revealed King Campbell-Ross died of malnutrition.

on thursday Alyssa Michelle RossA 27-year-old man from Winnipeg has been charged with murder. He remained in custody.
