Calgary Weather: Lots of snow, but a little break first

The weekend will warm up a bit, but expect a cooler start through Saturday before temperatures climb above freezing.

Saturday is also cloudy, with a slight wind during the day.

The next system will arrive on Sunday.

Snow is expected to start around 3:00 p.m., but may fall closer to dinner.

It may even start with a little rain and then turn to snow.

Snow will fall on and off through Monday, sometimes heavily.

In Calgary, totals of five to 10 centimeters are possible (Sunday and Monday included).
