Raptors draft picks, detailed: Toronto's 2024, 2025, 2026 first and second round picks

This is a time of transition for the Raptors franchise.

After completing three separate trades — including parting ways with franchise OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam — Toronto is focusing on the future. If it wasn't already clear, the Raptors are signaling 22-year-old star Scotty Barnes in the rebuild.

The first step in creating a young star? Surrounding them with young talent. In addition to young players who can contribute right away, the Raptors are busy stockpiling draft capital to build a team tailored to Barnes' strengths.

Raptors 2024 draft picks

First round

• Raptors first round pick (six protected)
• Pacers first round pick (top three protected)

Second round

• Second round pick of the Pistons

The Raptors can pick up to three times in the 2024 NBA draft.

Under the terms of the 2023 trade that brought Jacob Poeltl back to Toronto, the Raptors' top-six pick in the upcoming draft is protected. Toronto will keep its pick if it falls in the top six. If Toronto's pick falls outside the top six, it will be sent to San Antonio.

The Raptors acquired a first-round pick from the Pacers as part of the Siakam trade in January. The pick is protected in the top three, but Indiana is projected to qualify for the postseason, so the pick could be traded to Toronto.

The Raptors originally received two first-round picks from Indiana, but the least-coveted pick went to Utah as part of the Ochai Agbaji and Kelly Olynyk deal.

Toronto acquired Detroit's second-round pick from New York in the Anunoby trade. The Pistons are on pace to finish the 2023-24 season with one of the NBA's worst records, so the pick comes early in the second round.

Toronto does not have the second-round pick traded as part of the 2019 Marc Gasol trade.

Raptors 2025 draft pick

First round

The Raptors currently control their 2025 first-round pick. They don't own a second-round pick in 2025 because it was sent to San Antonio as part of the Poeltl deal.

Raptors 2026 draft pick

First round

• Raptors first round pick
• Pacers first round pick (top four protected)

Second round

• A second round pick by the Raptors

The Raptors currently control both picks in 2026.

In addition to their picks, the Raptors will receive the Pacers' first-round pick if they fall outside the top four. A 2026 pick from Indiana will be the final asset delivered from the Siakam trade.
