De Havilland will increase production capacity by acquiring the Calgary-based aircraft parts manufacturing operations of Canadian Field Aviation Company Inc.

CALGARY, AB, February 8, 2024 /CNW/ – De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited (“De Havilland Canada”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets and ongoing business of Field Aviation Company Inc. Calgary, Alberta based on our aircraft parts manufacturing operations, which continues to grow our manufacturing footprint in Western Canada.

This is the second Canadian acquisition of Mid-Canada Mod Center and Avionics Design Services Inc. in the past few months. Ontario By the end of 2023. These acquisitions allow De Havilland Canada to increase our manufacturing, engineering and avionics design capabilities to meet growing global customer demand.
