Calgary police say the missing man was last seen at a care home

Calgary police are searching for a man who went missing from Lower Mount Royal Hospital.

David Steinke, 71, was last seen in the 1800 block of Ninth Street SW on February 7th between 2 and 6:30 p.m.

Steinke is approximately 5'6″ (168 centimeters) tall with a slim build, blue eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, gray shirt, light blue jeans and light gray winter clothing.

Anyone with information on Steinke's whereabouts is asked to call police at 403-266-1234.
