Charlotte Cardin sings the Canadian national anthem at the NBA All-Star Game

A whirlwind week was even better for Charlotte Cardin.

Fresh off his six Juno Award nominations, and as he looks ahead to his four shows at Place Bell in Laval, the Montreal pop singer-songwriter has added another reason to celebrate.

The 29-year-old will sing Canada's national anthem at this year's NBA All-Star Game, the league announced Wednesday.

Cardin shared the news on her Instagram page with a Canadian flag and red heart emoji.

The 73rd NBA All-Star Game will be held on February 18 in Indianapolis.

The weekend features several notable performers including Lil Wayne, Keith Urban, Jennifer Hudson and T-Pain.

Cardin's name It won the Juno nomination announcement Tuesday, his record “99 Nights” won album of the year, while his top 10 Canadian hit “Confetti” was nominated for single of the year.

It's an impressive return for the Montrealer, who won four at the 2022 edition of the awards with his previous album.

Cardin takes the stage at Laval every night from Thursday to Sunday.
